Sesame Seaweed Poke Salad

Ingredients:
Sesame "Seaweed Salad" | 3 Tbsp |
Salad Greens | 1 Cup |
Sashimi-grade Salmon cubes | 100 g |

[Poke Sauce - Soy Garlic] | |
Soy Sauce | 2 Tbsp |
Sesame Oil | 1 Tbsp |
Garlic (minced) | 1/2 Tsp |
Sesame Seed | 1/2 Tsp |

Avocado | 15 g (sliced) |
Radish | 15 g (sliced) |
Roasted Nori Seaweed | (for garnish) |
Green Onion | (for garnish) |
Toppings:
Cooking instruction:
1. Prepare Poke Sauce by mixing all ingredients.
2. Prepare Toppings by slicing vegetables in bite sizes. Cut raw Salmon into cubes and mix into Poke Sauce.
3. Plate Salad Greens in a bowl, add Toppings, and garnish to serve.
